Delivery
Products will be despatched within 7 days of receipt of the order.

In the United Kingdom, smaller products which are not too heavy will be sent by Royal Mail first class post at a standard rate of £3.95 regardless of the number of items being purchased. We are happy to deliver outside the United Kingdom by post: please contact us for a quote for delivery costs.

Larger/heavier items for delivery in England and Wales will be sent by secure courier free of charge. We are happy to deliver outside England and Wales by courier: please contact us for a quote for delivery costs.

Any applicable delivery costs will be indicated when you view your item(s) in your basket.

Orders sent via Royal Mail first class post to any address in the United Kingdom should usually arrive within 10 working days of your order being placed.

Orders sent via courier should usually arrive within 14 working days of your order being placed but may take up to 21 days. Please note that deliveries via courier require a signature.

If, for some reason, it is not possible for us to provide you with some or all of the Product(s) which you have ordered then we will notify you by email and refund you in full for those Products you have paid for and which we cannot supply within 5 days of the date of your order.

Returns Policy
You can change your mind about any item ordered within 7 days of it being delivered to you. At your option we will either refund your money or exchange the item for another, all you have to do is let us know within the 7 days and return the item to us within 14 days of the original date of despatch in accordance with our returns procedure set out below.

If any item is faulty but unworn/unused and we have stock available, we will always replace it provided it is returned to us within 28 days of the original date of despatch in accordance with our returns procedure set out below. If we do not have stock available we will give you a refund. We will always refund the postage you have paid for returning faulty items.

You will not be charged again for delivery of any such exchange/replacement items.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

All refunds will be made by refunding the original credit/debit card charged only. Please note that refunds may not show up on your bank statement immediately.


Returns Procedure
If you wish to return any items to Riad Hikaya please complete the returns form which will be sent out to you with your order. Wrap the item you wish to return safely and securely to avoid damage in transit back to us and send it with your completed returns form back to Riad Hikaya Ltd, 37 West Street, Stratford upon Avon, Warwickshire CV37 6DN.

We recommend returns by courier, recorded or special delivery. Returns made in person at the returns address will not be accepted.

Please note that we are cannot accept any liability for, and are unable to refund or replace, items which are damaged in transit or which are lost in the post when being returned to us. It is advisable to obtain a proof of posting certificate if using the Post Office and whichever method you use arrange the necessary compensatory cover for the items.
